If you are using T-Mobile as your carrier for your mobile phone, you may have encountered camera live stream connectivity issue. If you do not see a live stream of the PowerRay camera, please turn off your Cellular Data option in your mobile phone. After switching off the Cellular Data, you can go back to Vision+ APP and you should see the live stream video on your screen.
